Every CK Scrapbook Convention is an open-forum event that you customize with shopping, classes and cropping. There is not a flat fee to attend the convention; instead each ticket is purchased a la carte to suit your preferences.

Registering online offers many benefits including:

• A better selection of classes and activities.
  
• The ability to take advantage of the early registration CKC Special. It's the only way you'll be able to get early entrance on Friday! What's the CKC Special? When you purchase just three or more classes/activities you'll automatically receive a FREE Friday and Saturday daily pass AND a Friday Early Entrance pass that will allow you to enter the Vendor Faire at 9 a.m. before the hall opens to the public at 10 a.m.! (To receive the CKC Special, you must select "CKC Special" from the drop down menu during Step 1 of the registration process.)
  
• CK Convention Connection, a free e-mail newsletter sent to you with updates on classes, show specials and other helpful information. (Note: These e-mail updates are sent to the e-mail address you used to register.)
  
• Welcome envelope with tickets and class schedule ready for you when you arrive.
  
• Less time spent waiting in ticket lines at the show.

How do I register?
Register online right here beginning July 2, 2008 at 1 p.m. ET. You can register and modify your schedules until Sunday, September 21, 2008 at 12 midnight ET. Be sure you understand the cancellation policy before you begin.

During the registration period, click on the yellow "Register Now" link from the CKC-Portland home page, Classes & Activities page or Registration page. You will be taken to a page where you can enter our new registration system.

1. To begin your registration, enter your first name, last name and email address. Note: An e-mail address is required for every registration. If you don't have an e-mail address, you can create one for free—try yahoo.com or hotmail.com.
   
   
2. Next, select "CKC Show Special" or "No Show Special." (If you intend to register for three or more classes, passes or activities, select "CKC Show Special" in order to earn the FREE Friday Daily pass, FREE Saturday Daily pass and the FREE Early Entrance pass to shop the Vendor Faire beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday morning.)
   
   
3. Finally, enter your address and contact information then you can proceed to select the classes, activities and daily passes you'd like to purchase. Confirm your schedule and be prepared to pay using your VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Sorry, we don’t accept Discover.

How can I register for a friend?
You can now register for a guest before you finalize your registration! Please note: Once a guest registration is finalized, only the guest will be able to modify or cancel the registration.

How can I register if I don't have a credit card?
Register by mail. Although we strongly encourage you to register online, if you do not have a credit card or are not able to register online you can mail us your registration form and payment during the registration period. More details.
